The ReCARES Network accepts donations of health care supplies and durable medical equipment (DME) from donors and in turn supplies these items to individuals in need. The program and its representatives make no statements regarding the usefulness of the items for any particular purpose. The program offers these itmes “as is” with no expressed or implied warranties. We ask you not to sell or discard these items when they are no longer needed. Our program works by recirculating the DME back out to the community, so please return them to ReCARES for continued usefulness.

It is expressly agreed that the liability of the ReCARES Network will be limited to their good faith efforts to provide useful goods and there are no other warranties or representation with respect to the nature and quality of the goods provided.”
