Board Member. John has been involved in ReCARES since its inception. He believes it models and fosters the best about us and our American values: people helping people. John is a 28+ year veteran of working and teaching in the Alameda and Contra Costa County Community College system. He sees the breadth and depth of the needs of our most fragile students and their families daily.
